INCREDIBLE POTENTIAL!

We are currently assisting Tiber Bonvec Construction to identify female bursary students. This week we have interviewed 12 students and have honestly been blown away!

Young women entering the construction sector are here because they want to be and they are prepared to work hard to develop great careers.

A few notes to describe what we have seen with these students and others we have worked with:

  • Visible passion and genuine interest in construction
  • All presented themselves very well
  • Incredible leadership potential
  • Confident, well spoken and authentic
  • Determination, resilience, persistence
  • Eager to learn, grow and take on challenges
  • Nearly all have had some exposure to site and are keen to take advantage of any opportunity to spend more time on site
  • A strong interest in serving as role models and giving back
  • All of the students arrived early for their interviews and not one cellphone rang while we were meeting!

These young women are taking themselves seriously and have the potential to add great value to the industry. Let's all ensure we provide them with the support, guidance and opportunities to gain experience that will enable them to prosper! If you can provide a student with work experience or a bursary please contact us immediately.

We are regularly awed by our students and graduates who offer to share their experience through us.

Young women of this industry - you impress us and you make us proud - keep it up!

Cheers, Liz
